Requirement and Engagement
The job of consultant is engaging through effective knowledge, advices and precision about the job to be done, so we require all potential consultants to have at least:
- 2 certifications in their field of competency
- Strong knowledge in one or two following areas:
o Cybersecurity
o Network design & Infrastructure
o Software Development
o Server Deployment
o Project Analysis
o Skilled trainer
Be coachable as you will learn other skills
Selection for candidates will be done in two stages:
Step1: Pre-Selection for initial interview
Step2: Presentation of Job Performed in your area of competency
